“Our organisation runs in lots of “ideas” but everything works in silos and no-one knows what anyone else is doing. There are boxes under desks hiding singular databases of product data and various situations where different sites use different applications for doing exactly the same thing. The working in silos was just not working.
We asked CANIPE to take a look for us and very quickly she delivered a proposal – for us to introduce a Demand Management process which would assess and prioritise our projects (against strategic goals and cost/benefit analysis). CANIPE put the process together, presented to the Board, presented to the C-Suite, held awareness sessions with all staff and established the process throughout the organisation. We now have global visibility of our projects and can make informed decisions on scheduling future projects thanks to our new resource capacity process!”
