The company was founded by Cathie Pearce, a PRINCE2 Practitioner certified and APM qualified project manager of over 20 years. Having worked in various roles over the years, Cathie has gained extensive experience, not just in project management and governance, but also specifically in risk management, change management, quality management, test management, release management and metrics.

More About Cathie

My journey in project management started way back in 1999 when working in a local insurance company. That initial role, led to roles in project and productivity improvement (where my contribution to attaining ISO9001 & CMM Level 3 was significant), and the management of various General Insurance projects. Since those early days, I have managed many projects, far too many to mention, but what is worthy of mention is the recurring issues that I have experienced in various organisations (regardless of size). So I am able to help you run in any project, or assist with any element of a project, but its also worth mentioning that I can also help you overcome issues. So what kind of issues have I experienced and overcome? Well the issues tend to be various, but the root causes, well you can find those here
