The clients we work with are industry broad (from banks and building societies to electronic and engineering companies) and range from small local companies to multi-million-pound organisations.
The services we offer are broad but can be tailored to your specific needs. We would not for example, look to roll out a detailed Risk Management Plan in an organisation that is just starting on its formal project management journey. We look to rollout simple templates in such a situation and provide the avenue to standardise, and at some future stage, look to optimise.
CANIPE Project Management
The company was founded by Cathie Pearce, a PRINCE2 Practitioner certified and APM qualified project manager of over 20 years. Having worked in various roles over the years, Cathie has gained extensive experience, not just in full and partial project management and governance, but also specifically in risk management, change management, quality management, test management, release management and metrics.
Need advice?
All processes and templates can be tailored, its not a one size fits all. It would be inappropriate to apply all the same governance to a £50k project that it would to a £3m project for example.
